Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

- We accept cancellations within 24 hours of purchase. Cancellation is not possible after the order is shipped.
- Shipping costs will not be refunded under any circumstance. In case of returning a package, the customer will be responsible for covering the return shipping.

I did not get the item in the first place. However once I contacted the shop owner, I got the replacement macrame and it is very nice indeed

This is so cute. I was a little disappointed that it was not the piece pictured as the colors are off. The quality is great as well as the creativity. It shipped just fine.
